Most people believe there are three ways to achieve results:

  1. Goal setting
  2. Changing your Mindset
  3. The “Law of Attraction”

Have they worked for you yet?

Your answer will probably be “sometimes” right?

You’re not alone!

Goal setting works well
(If your goal is super-easy, or you have a great determination and strict willpower.)

Changing your Mindset and thinking positively is all good too.
(But there are always things outside your control, and focus alone doesn’t always lead to success.)

The “Law of Attraction”
If you’re gullible and believe all you have to do is to visualise and manifest whatever you desire, then please wake up! Nothing will happen useless you actually do something. Like taking action and doing the work.

Achieving results really comes down to one process.

Have purpose goals set, break those goals into tasks, execute those tasks within a time frame, then review those goals and follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome of the goals you have achieved.

No matter what your goals are, whether you want to lose  weight, get fit,  grow your business, find your soulmate, or  jump out of a plane, the main reason for failure boils down to this:

Inability to take consistent action.

Remember those words:

“CONSISTENT ACTION”

This means that you do something on a DAILY basis. That is the reason why we encourage you to do the 3MD tasks (3 Must Do) first thing every day. The 3MD tasks is belong to the OPIC Planner Diary systemEach morning set your ‘3 Must Do’ tasks for the day. The key to this system is doing these three tasks, the 3MDs FIRST. Do them first and do them early. Yes, you’ll have other things you need to do in the day, but by getting really clear on the tasks and activities that take you closer to your goals, and by taking small actions EACH AND EVERY day, you’ll find you get so much more done.

To achieve anything worthy you need to be able to take consistent action.

Usually this means developing good habits and routines.

  • If you want to lose some weight you need to develop the habit of exercising regularly and monitoring your food intake.
  • If you want to write a book you need to write daily.
  • If you want to perfect your art technique you need to paint regularly.
  • If you want to be successful in your creative business you need to work on it every day.

The ability to take consistent action is what separates successful people from the not so successful.

So how do you become the CAT (“Consistent Action-Taker”) and stop being the OWL? (“Oh Well Looser”)

Here’s two options:

1) Force yourself into action and battle with your willpower on a daily basis.

or

2) Learn to leverage a system and start developing success habits.
