Rattle the routine, reap the changes

Are you a creature of habit, resist change? We’re all the same. Once set in our ways, we don’t like change. Your mind’s convinced you that routine is good, change is ‘bad’.

Admitting you love routine is hard, but embracing change is harder. All we need do is break the habit by trying different ways of doing things.

This can help you look at life differently and achieve better results. By embracing the positives of change, you’ll become flexible and adapt away from routine. By exploring new ways of doing things, we free our minds and have less tunnel vision.

As you embrace new challenges you become less resistant to change, become more optimistic and are happy to look at different options. You’re less afraid of exploring outside your comfort zone.

So take a new look at routine chores, adopt new paths and do the opposite to the resistance in your head. By breaking these barriers, other problems in your life and career won’t be so challenging. In fact, problem-solving can become a healthy habit! Now, you’re starting to embrace change.
