Sympathize: If you are wronged, then rather being stressed out with shouldering the blame, step back. Relax and figure out whatt went wrong, don’t resort to revenge, but move on and keep your thoughts and emotions under control. Just let go!
The other side of fear: We get stressed at the fear of doing something. But look at it from another angle: minimise fear and just do it. The other side of fear is productivity, positivity and less stress.
