    What we’d ask you to do now is a very simple exercise to decide where you are right now today.

    The scale is from 1 to 10. You grade yourself 1 if you feel like you the furthest away from where you want to be. And you grade yourself 10 if you feel you are exactly where you want to be. e.g. In the area of Money you want to earn $300,000 p.a., but today you’re earning only $100,000 p.a. So, you might grade yourself as a 4 because you are not where you really want to be just yet.

  • First Session

    Now that you have graded yourself in these areas of life, choose one area that you would like to focus on during our first session.

    Choose the area that would have the most impact on your life if you were to achieve the level you want. e.g. say you currently rate your health as '3'. If you were to achieve '10' you would have an immense amount of energy and vitality, and that would have a huge impact on your life.

  • Remember the purpose or the “why” is more important than the “how”. The "why", or the purpose, is what will drive you towards your goals.

  • Your future

    Answer these questions to the best of your ability, the more honest you can be with yourself, the more value you’ll get out of this session.

  • Possible Barriers

    Now we know where you are and we also know where you want to go.

    The next step in this process is to identify the possible barriers that could come up. So in order to be effective at reaching that goal or level we need to be truthful and see what are the possible barriers. As we read before there’s only two kind of barriers, external and internal.

    When we identify these barriers, we can conquer them even before they even come up.

    Write down at least three external barriers and three internal barriers.

  • e.g. if your goal is to increase your cash flow, an external barrier could be not knowing how to start, or not having enough time to gather the information
  • e.g. these could be, the habit of procrastinating, not following through on things, motivated one day and unmotivated the next etc.

  • Commitment

    In the first session we will work further on what you’ve just done

    We can help you to create more clarity around what you can do to propel yourself naturally towards reaching your goal or level in your area of choice.

    As you probably already know, even though you now know what you want and you also know what could stand in your way, this still doesn’t guarantee you reaching this goal.

    The one dominant factor that will decide whether you reach your goals or not is your level of commitment to turn your goals into your reality.

    And commitment doesn’t just mean your emotional drive to reaching your goal.

    Commitment includes you investing resources, and by resources we mean your time, educating yourself, money, etc.

    The question is never “Can I reach my goals?” because YOU CAN.

    The real question is will you?

    “How committed are you to reaching your goal and creating your ultimate life?”

    Final exercise

    Grade yourself on your commitment level now. It’s a scale between 1 to 10. Grade yourself on your commitment level now. It’s a scale between 1 to 10. Level 10 on the commitment scale is “I’ll do or die.” “Nothing can stop me.” “I’m getting my goal!”
