Sydney Art Show Highlights

The Sydney Art show ( http://www.sydneyartshow.com.au/ ) (October 14-16 2011) provided both collectors and new collectors alike an accessible opportunity to view a wide variety of art styles, mediums and content. There were paintings, sculptures, and ornaments to art objects.

The Sydney Art Show is about discovering new emerging artists. Whether you’re an experienced collector, or new, you’d find artworks to suit your taste and budget.

The show featured over ten galleries, close to fifty artists’ studios, and hundreds of new artworks.

Many of the artists were available to meet and talk with about their artworks. And we here at ArtSHINE were delighted to meet so many talented people in one space.

Everyone at the Sydney Art Show was there to share a passion for art and design. It was so inspiring to experience that expression of passion, and to see such talent at show. We were fortunate to visit with exhibitors from as far afield as China and Korea, as well as our neighbours from across the waters; New Zealand.

One of the features of the Sydney Art Show this year was the live art demonstrations and informative talks & seminars. We were especially fortunate to have some wonderful conversations with artists and presenters in the Studio area too. It’s always fascinating to spend some time with, and chat with, so many passionate artists and designers throughout the show as they shared their knowledge, skills, and experiences.

From us here at ArtSHINE  we would like to thank the Sydney Art Show organisers for inviting us along to present, and for having us at the show.

We had a great time presenting our seminars over the three days of the show. It was fantastic to meet the visitors to the show who were attending our seminars and learning about their passions and dreams to become great artists and designers.

Our business seminars were popular during every session. We’d would like to also thank everyone who come to the show and stopped by to listen to our talks.

The seminar ArtSHINE presented was about how artists and designers do have a choice to make a great living with their Art and design and we also touched on difference options that you can take in order to my your art business success on your term to suit your Art & Design Practice, and your Business LifeStyle. A key topic was how you can make the transition from full time employment to self employment.
